Zach is a holistic personal trainer specializing in cardio fitness, balance training, and corrective exercise. He has over 5 years' experience helping clients meet their fitness goals with a personalized workout plan. As a group trainer, Zach teaches a total body dance-based aerobic workout inspired by his years of folk and ballet training and performance.
When not helping people stay fit, Zach enjoys backcountry skiing, rock climbing, and backpacking.

Zach offers full hour private sessions to focus on your specific fitness goals. You will receive a complete fitness assessment and a personalized workout plan. A private session could include TRX suspension training, balance, and core mat work, dance aerobics as well as general flexibility.
