"I  started personal training with Zach in February 2020 at our local Crunch gym, and he's always been dedicated to planning workouts that meet my personal needs or of the collective group. Since quarantine, I've been coming back twice a week! I'm so glad he has made himself virtually available for group training online while respecting COVID-19 social distancing/lockdown procedures because I would otherwise melt into sedentary oblivion. His training sessions are totally doable in my small NYC apartment, and made to be extremely efficient and targeted, all within a reasonable amount of time. I’ve been working with Zach throughout a good portion of 2020-2021. With his help, this is the first year I’ve managed to consistently exercise while actually enjoying my routine! Zach’s classes are 100% not intimidating, while still challenging. Zach encourages you and keeps you honest about your limits and about being able to push yourself. Since starting with Zach, I’ve adopted a more consistent workout routine grounded in the lessons I’ve learned from him about calisthenics which have helped me understand just exactly how these exercises will help me grow stronger over time and avoid burnout.
